A final element of KORE Power's vertical integration strategy is KAMS, or KORE Asset Management System, our next-generation asset management platform. KAMS was developed not only to maximize the efficiency of our products post-deployment but also to provide intuitive system control that ensures safety and operational precision through AI-driven insights, ensuring ongoing efficiency and safety of our products after they are deployed. There are a couple of layers to KAMS that we'll cover below, but in essence, KAMS is a monitoring tool that covers a myriad of aspects and is supported by AI and machine learning to ensure products meet customer standards. We presently offer five tiers of KAMS services that provide benefits based on the customer's needs and budget.

Monitoring

KORE Power's first tier of KAMS Services is the monitoring level. This included 24-hour notification response, historical reports, and email notifications. The Monitoring tier is great for customers looking for just that—monitoring of their systems—but they opted to limit additional services because their needs did not require them.

Reporting

The second-tier option of KAMS is Reporting. In addition to the features included in tier 1 (monitoring), reporting includes real-time tracking, SMS notifications, and an EMS dashboard. The first two should be self-explanatory, but the EMS or Energy Management System allows customers to monitor, control, and optimize the performance of their battery systems in the field.

Support

The third tier is our Support Level, which provides operational and field service support alongside semi-annual maintenance plans, ensuring optimal system performance. These features are in addition to the Monitoring and Reporting features. The support level of KAMS highlights Operations and Field Service support, ensuring lasting performance for the life of the product deployed. Additionally, features like a customized mobile app and time-of-day routing are added for support.

Management

As we dig into the final tiers of KAMS, Management is a cumulation of all the tiers' benefits before it, but it also includes Market AI Operations and WeatherSense. Market AI Operations utilizes machine learning to help the customer optimize their system based on potential scenarios run by our AI Operations assistant. Combined with WeatherSense, a weather tracking app, the management level of KAMS support helps optimize the charge and discharge of KORE Power products around real-time and future prediction events.

Fleet

The final and all-encompassing tier of KAMS offered by KORE Power is the Fleet level. This level includes all the features of the tiers below it but additionally offers fleet management. This means our offices and field teams can support your installed systems when needed, ensuring optimal performance and dependability 24/7.

But with our KAMS offerings, KORE Power is redefining energy storage management support. KAMS began as a concept and has since evolved into a cutting-edge solution for energy management, blending AI and human expertise to drive system optimization and safety. Within our Waterbury, Vermont office, our teams monitor deployed systems through the Network Operations Center (NOC), ensuring constant oversight of system performance and safety. It also highlights KORE Power's commitment to long-term ESS performance and safety, setting industry benchmarks and driving efficiency within the energy sector.
